Away from my training, I am dedicated to becoming an inspiring figure, not only in athletics, but also in helping raise the awareness of living with an impairment and what it takes to push past the limitations. From my experience as a therapist, I have developed skills in a multitude of different speaking ventures, ranging from school visits to after dinner presentations, inspirational talks to motivational workshops.

High Performing Teams – Good to Elite workshops

Results matter, and it is the training done on the lead up to a competition that delivers results. I know. I have made, and continue to make the transition from good (a County level basketball player) to elite (an international athlete).
