Sutton Coldfield Community Games – Visit to Boldmere Primary School

As an ambassador for the Sutton Coldfield Community Games, Jonathan normally runs a high jump masterclass on one of the days of the games. Unfortunately this year, Jonathan’s World Championship competition is on the same weekend, so alas, he is unable to attend. However, that won’t stop Jonathan and the Sutton Games team spreading the word about the games! To find out more about the games, click here.

Sutton Coldfield Community Games founder, Dennis Kennedy, Jonathan and Hamish Carter took the warm up for the school sports day.

In May, Jonathan and upcoming GB gymnast, Hamish Carter, visited Boldmere Primary school to start the school sports day and promote the Sutton games. As a gift to the school for their continued support of the Sutton Games, Jonathan and Hamish signed one of Jonathan’s Rio GB vests for them to put on their wall.

The day was a huge success and the children seemed to love the warm up Jonathan set them, the weather was amazing and the children were ace in their activities.
