Conducting a whole body assessment allows the uncovering of the restrictive fascial elements within the body which may be contributing to the pain and discomfort a client is experiencing. Only by assessing the body as a whole can you establish the causative nature of a restriction, and the subsequent symptom it creates elsewhere in the body. Whether a restriction has developed from an accident, over use or the most innocuous of incidents, a diagnosis of the underlying issue can be established by feel of the abnormalities in the body’s soft tissue.

Jonathan is one of the kindest, most genuine people I’ve ever met. He understands the nature of pain, discomfort and how this affects the physical body as well as the mindset and emotional body. When he could not explain why something was hurting, or why it was happening, he went on a mission to understand why and made sure that I felt supported and taken care of during and after every treatment. He is dedicated to his patients, and to understanding the human body so that he can provide better care and results for everyone he works with. I feel lucky to have found someone who so obviously has the ability, desire and skills to help a lot of people improve the nature of their pain or problem. A treatment with Jonathan is not just being pulled around a treatment table and cracked back into place, he is keen to discuss the other areas of lifestyle that affect pain and injury so that you get a more holistic approach and ultimately a better understanding of your body, and better results. Thank you Jonathan, for your time, effort and kindness over the years! – Nicola
I just wanted to say thank you for the treatment you gave me this morning. I feel so much more mobile now. I hadn’t realised how much the pain had been restricting my movement. I feel even pressure through my feet and I can see in the mirror that my shoulders have relaxed and dropped. My hips and back are virtually pain free and my neck is about 80% back to normal. I would imagine I’ll need another treatment in the future but I think you read the situation perfectly. Again, thank you. If I don’t see you before you go, good look for Rio. – Jason
